Pregnancy signs!

OK I have been having cramping, fatigue, moody irritating moodiness, very sensitive and lower back pain. Also feeling tingling and hard pressure in my boobs! Sharp pelvic pain from left to right! And cramps that come and go I am not due for af till Dec.2nd is it too early to test? Should I take a test or wait for the missed af? Could this be pregnancy signs my fiancé is saying I am but I don't wanna get my hopes up we have been bd for six months now and I have given up on trying , but I haven't been feeling like myself and don't wanna drink or smoke if I may be.. please help thanks!😊
