Did eating pineapple really help indice labour?

I just bought a whole precut pineapple.  If i eat the whole thing will it help? Lol sitting on 4-5 cm waiting for the hospital to call for me to go in lol.

No. But my cervix is nice and soft and I checked myself. I am 37 weeks today and am 2 cm. Definitely helped my son literally fly out my last pregnancy... I had pineapple and date smoothies for the last month. Dates are great to help cervical dilatation. You can find the study on it. Also drank my red raspberry tea....

You actually have to eat 5-7 CORE's of the pineapple 😊 Its the core part that supposedly does something 💛

Go have someone get you pomegranate extract. It has to be extract, not the actual fruit or juice. There's a lot of studies that show it's a good stimulate for contractions and labor in general.

For it to actually work, you have to eat the whole thing and you need to eat about 7 of them. Lol
