DPO Question

Okay so when should I start counting the DPO? When I get a negative opk? I got a peak opk on Tuesday 11/22, and got a positive on Wednesday 11/23. Yesterday 11/24 it was negative. So was yesterday DPO1? I'm so confused bc Glow starts it out with DPO0. So I have no idea.
