Sharp sudden cramp

I'm at 27+1 and was in the store today when I had a sudden sharp stabbing pain in my left abdomen. It was parallel to my belly button, so not particularly low. It's not constant and isolated to that location. Is the baby hitting some sort of nerve? Or could it be my uterus stretching? She's bopping around in there as per usual and I feel fine otherwise. Just curious if this is normal?
