my friend thinks she is pregnant, any answers?

Lately I have been sick I have a cold . I've felt bloated, I can't really eat, i've been having diarrhea. Never really feel nauseous in the morning its kinda around when I eat. After I wake up and get up I feel a little dizzy. I already threw up once late at night but my family has been sick and threw up too so I think this was why. I also threw up some soup i ate . Most of the time i feel fine despite me being sick. Worst part I can't remember the last time I got my period and I still haven't gotten it. I've also been getting a pain right here.
