cramping 25w4d

I'm 25 weeks 4 days pregnant with my second child, and having what feels like period like cramping. It's mostly in my lower back, but sometimes in the front too. I never had this with my first pregnancy... any suggestions on what it is, or if I need to call the doctor? Don't want to call if it's not something I need to stress about...
