Anal with or without condom?

Ok so considering both partners are clean and without STDs or STIs,  when having anal, should they still use a condom? 
ALSO SIDE QUESTION: What's the difference between an STD and an STI?  I know what each stands for, but can the terms be use interchangebly?  like what's the difference between an infection and a disease?

If you're clean then you're fine... But I would still use one. Fecal matter + penis = possible uti.

I knew my man was clean so we went without. If there was any shadow of doubt, I would use it. I'm told it feels no different.

It wouldn't hurt to use one just in case. Plus that they are lubricated will help a lot. But STI=infections can be cureable. STD= disease is incurable.
