due the 28th but no signs of baby coming soon

I'm due the 28th my family is leaving town the 30th to go back home!! We Black Friday shopped til 2am hoping to walk this baby out, Iv been bouncing on my excerise ball for a week now but no signs of this baby coming!!! Last time I was checked on Monday the 21st I was dilated to a 2, thick cervix and baby is high and was like that the whole week before, any tips for getting this baby out?! (The father decided when I was 5mo pregnant he didn't want to be together so sex is not an option at this point)
