Bubble near piercing?

I have this bubble near my faith piercing that bleeds every time I clean it. It's not on the piercing but next to it. What could it be?

just clean it with soap and water and try not to sleep on it. and check the quality of the metal.

Go straight to either your GP or your piercer and ask them. Dont listen to the others who tell you what to do with it, they're not piercers and don't know what they are dealing with
