Has anyone had SPD and had the epidural? If so did you have to limit the amount you had your legs open or did you just open them normally? How was the pain afterwards? Did separating your legs wide tend to cause more pain once the epidural wore off? I'm 30 weeks and was diagnosed with SPD yesterday and trying to decide if I should still get the epidural or go natural. I don't want to cause more damage..
