Went bowling &... help?

So I only used a 6 pound ball and played 2 games and anytime I felt dizzy or a little twinch I'd rest and let my wife bowl for me. so I really only technically bowled "1 game." Anyway, just got home to some brown discharge. I know brown discharge is just old blood, but I haven't had any dark discharge since about 5 weeks. I'm a little over 12 weeks. I was experiencing some sharp twinches at the bowling alley, but nothing I don't usually experience just laying amuck at home.
