I landed a part time job right down the street from my house. It's awesome because it includes childcare. It's at a gym, but it's a high-end athletic club. My son has no issue being put down to play or nap, he just has to be put to sleep before you lay him down & he doesn't nap for long because of his startle reflex. For this reason, I usually hold him for one nap during the day so he's not overtired. I'm hoping for my hours to be 8-2. Im thinking he will only need one nap with them and we can have a good one when we get home. I'm stressing about him not getting enough attention, but it's only for 6 hours, 3 days a week. My MIL is going to watch him the other two. Do you guys think I should buy a rock n play or something for them to keep in the childcare center for him?
