Braxton hicks

So I'm 32 weeks pregnant and I've been having these awful braxton hicks contractions for 3 days now and its freaking me out cause with my daughter I had to have an emergency csection because she would stop breathing during my contractions and I didn't have braxton hicks with her except maybe once like the week before she came so now I'm freaking out cause I'm home alone and I'm 45mins away from my hospital and I don't know the difference between braxton and real contractions and don't know if I'm going into premature labor
