pink discharge

I got discharge yesterday with light red blood on my panty liner (tmi) and after I wiped and clean my private area I went to the restroom again after few hours and nothing. I thought my AF is starting but if my AF start it always light brown and not with light red blood. And today I didn't have any discharge. By the way I have mild cramps yesterday and today and I feel weird today I feel im getting sick. I don't know if this is implantation bleed or my AF is coming. 😔
