I'm not sure if this is a stupid question or not but I'd rather ask! 🙈 I know your not meant to take any pain killers other than paracetamol while pregnant or use any sort of muscle rub or heat pads. But can I put a dollop of vapour rub in my bath to try ease my migraines?

A small amount of paracetamol is fine. 
It's ibuprofen that's not safe to take

Heating pads are ok as long as your not using them on your belly. As far as drugs go i would ask your dr to be sure.

I have had to use heat pads on my head neck and back for pain and have had no issues. Hear helps. Vapor rub is also fine just don't go outside after using it. Use it at night before bed and take a shower before leaving the house. It can cause burns on the skin

You can use Vicks on you even. Also. Chamomile and valerian tea help you relax as well to ease the migraines. Atleast that's what I found.
