cheer while pregnant

I just got really nautious but didn't puke and it's only been about a week since I had unprotected sex I am a cheerleader and I have cheer practice Tuesday, could I be experiencing pregnancy symptoms this early? I had sex literally the day after my period ended. Doing like exerting excersizes for cheer won't affect anything down there if I was pregnant right now right?
