Baby Shower advice..

Let's start with.. the fact that I have an extremely difficult over opinionated family. Everyone is driving me CrAzY/ stressing me out about what I should and shouldn't do about pregnancy in general.. I don't deal with conflict very well I would rather drop the situation, cut everyone off and do it myself. With everyone making a fuss and telling me what to do.. I am at the point where I don't want to have a baby shower.. I would rather do it all myself than to have everyone bicker at me. Am I being weird about this? Should I suck it up and have a baby shower?
