pregnancy and cystic fibrosis

Hi all, I was wondering if anybody has had any experiences with pregnancy and cystic fibrosis. I am not a carrier even though my partner has CF therefore our child would not have the condition. I was just curious to hear some of your stories, we know that we might never get pregnant naturally as he has a low sperm count but we're still trying!
