Heart racing/palpitations
Anyone else experiencing palpitations or heart racing? I'm 32w and i know this is normal because the heart is working harder for the baby and extra blood but it is so uncomfortable and makes me want to smoke a cigarette so bad 😖 any advice on how to cope or possibly have it less frequent? Please help
