Help!!!

I had unprotected sex a little over 3 weeks ago. It was my first time and his second. About two weeks after I noticed something that looked like a skin tag on my labia. It could have always been there before but I don't think so. Then yesterday in the shower I felt a pain so I looked and where the skin tag had been there was a swollen, red blister like thing. It was painful to touch. This morning it was less painful and less swollen and by tonight it has almost gone back to looking like a skin tag. I know I need to go to the doctor anyway because I had unprotected sex, but is this urgent? It could be an STD or just a spot caused by friction or something like that. Help please!! 😬😬😬
