Early delivery?

I've had some real worries about my son coming early. I'm currently 32 weeks and about 3 weeks ago I was hospitalized with pain, bleeding and contractions. Thankfully they were able to stop it all. I still have constant braxton hicks to the point where I can't even stand up and while they usually  come and go, at times they're down to 2 minutes apart and last for like an hour. I get swelling so bad that I can't bend my legs at the knee and my feet can't fit shoes properly. My blood pressure has stayed low throughout my whole pregnancy so I'm sure it's not preeclampsia or anything, but something just feels off and it's just not right, you know?
