totally confused over ovulation tests 😏

So basically, this is my first month of using ovulation tests 🙃 and the reason for that was to track ovulation, cycles etc (they were either 30/32 days) and i was advised to try them out soooo.. i brought a bunch of cheapies from eBay and this is how it started. I previously posted a photo and a lovely lady replied to show me a positive result (which mine was almost there at cd10 🙌🏽) so i carried on testing and was certain i got positives on CD11/12 so i stopped testing so regular. fast forward to today CD21 where I am sure I have another positive which has totally threw me into thinking "have i even read these darn results right" 🙈 so my question is; have i actually ovulated this month or not? any help would be appreciated right now, a 23 year old is currently in meltdown thinking her body isn't working 😩
