Fibromyalgia during pregnancy? 😩😰

Any other mommas have fibromyalgia? I'm almost 20 weeks and this is, mentally and physically, the most exhausting and painful experience. It's sad because I want to be able to enjoy this pregnancy fully because this is most likely my last. I have two daughters already but I was only diagnosed with fibro shortly after the birth of my second. I don't know if I'm looking for just empathy or advice or what.. I'm just beat. 😔
