Abusive?

So I love my husband... but sometimes he just completely blows his top and becomes unreasonably mad. Most of the time he hits me... I've talked to him about it and he says that getting mad and hitting me is the only way to get my attention... and that's so not true... he calls me a liar all the time and I haven't lied to him. On the other hand, he lies to me all the time. He like never works and we are now living with his parents... I don't know what to do. We don't have any children either and I'm scared to know how he will treat our children when he gets upset with them. But I don't really want to stick around to find out! 😭 I'm so heartbroken because he's changed so much from the man he was when we married.
