Any tips on losing baby weight after birth?
I have noticed weight gain in my face, back, and arms. I'm really wanting to tone my body and lose baby weight plus more after I have her. I don't want to be lazy and let myself go, or wait till it's to late. I'm having her in December so i want to feel good about myself by spring/summer.
Any ideas or tips I can do?
Mainly want to start whike on maternity leave so when I start back to work I'm already on a routine.
