help please!!

So I woke up with extremely sore breasts, they hurt just to walk down the stairs & when I looked in the mirror I noticed they were really veiny & my areolas looked puffy & I had a lot of bumps on them. what could this be? My chart says im not even due to ovulate yet but me and my SO have been have a lot of unprotected sex. My periods aren't really regular so is it possible I could be pregnant? So curious  ☺️🌺
