Foster to adopt

Has anyone been through the foster to adopt process? I'd love to hear some of your experiences! I have endometriosis and it's hard for me to get pregnant my husband and i are truly blessed with a sweet son and we both want more biological children but I've always wanted to adopt and give a child a better life so since it seems we can't seem to fall pregnant again we've just begun the process to foster to adopt and we're very excited! We hope maybe I'll wind up pregnant through this journey but I'm very eager to get our classes done and start helping children
