lost libido :'(

my libido used to be so high before birth control i'd get so turned on by the slightest touches and get so wet , i've been on birth control for 10 months and stopped taking birth control about 4 months ago and it still hasn't returned . i regret taking it so much and if any of you's have gone through this or know a few tips that could help me get back into my groove pls share :( it sucks because i remember how i was before and it definitely wasnt like this ://.
