I've saved it for 23 years. I love some one. Im with him for 2 years. And he's amazing.
He wants to have sex. But I wanted to wait till Im married and he didn't propose yet.

If you've saved yourself for this long and was set for marriage wait for marriage if he loves you as much as you love him and was able to wait 2 years he can propose or wait a bit more until he's ready to. No pressure your body your decision

He should respect your wishes and your choices with regards to sex. Don't allow anyone to force the decision on you and because everyone is doing it, doesn't mean you should give in too. I think it's really special that you're waiting for marriage. What are the reasons he didn't propose yet? Sounds strange.

i guess it just depends what's important to you. sex is a very important part of adult relationships. the intimacy between two people is special. what if you get married & it's not there? i was with my husband (bf at the time) for 6 months before we had sex. we were each other's first. after that moment i knew we'd be together for the rest of our lives. we have now been married for 1 year & together for 3.5 i know virginity is a big thing. i waited for just the right person. & the intimacy between my husband & i has just grown stronger.

I wouldn't buy a car without test driving it first and that also applies to marrying a man. You want to enjoy your wedding night not be in pain while having sex. It will hurt a lot the first few times so I say do it. As long as you think he's the one do it. Go slow and use lube.

I recently just got martied on 9/24/16. I as well waited 25 years.. I always knew I wanted to save my self for marriage and for my new husband. I dated my husband briefly for a year, from the begining he always knew my belifes and respected them. It was tempting at times, I just knew if he really loved and respected me he would wait. It was the best gift in my eyes I could have given my husband. If you have waited this much to save yourself, don't fall, Just wait. Sex the first couple times was painful, be ready for that, it takes time to get use to it and it being older and not an experienced woman when it comes to sex is a little embarrasing but That why you just learn with your partner! The bond and love makes it all worth it! Best of luck!

Good for you! I wish I had waited for the right guy to come along and not just the guy I lusted over. Now I found the guy I truly love and I wasn't able to give him my virginity.. I regret giving it up too soon and to the wrong person. I was young and stupid, but I applaud you for waiting and saving yourself!

But have you tried talking to him and telling him you want marriage..? Maybe he wants to propose but doesn't know how you feel about it. Try talking to him more about it and it may happen soon! x
