help! tips for introducing formula/bottle??

I've started however I can't say my son enjoys taking a bottle or the formula! Looking for suggestions and what worked for you. Feel like I don't know what I'm doing! He's 7 weeks tomorrow. I'd like to gradually switch vs cold turkey, if possible   I've been trying one bottle in the morning and one in afternoon/evening with either formula or breast milk. breastfeeding the other feeds throughout day and night. He usually only takes 1-2oz from bottle, regardless if formula or breast milk.
