how do you learn to trust again? please read...

I started dating yet another guy. I'm 34 and he's 30. He wanted the same things I did. He claimed to be for real. We met online. He sent me a pic of him deleting his profile although I never asked him to. So I deleted mine cuz I didn't want to be on there anymore. He was super sweet. Affectionate. Wanting to spent time together. Everything was so great. Fast forward a few weeks and my best friend sends me a screenshot of his dating profile that he never deleted. I gave him a chance to come clean and he still denied it. I sent him the proof. Still denied it. The picture on his profile was the same pic he sent me last week after he left the dentist. What a liar!! Then he blocked me from ig and fb so I know for sure he got caught and just went into hiding. So my question is to anyone who has been stomped on about a thousand times....how do you get up and trust again?
