pregnancy Question!
Hello! First time being pregnant, I'm 10 weeks it's awesome. No morning sickness which is even greater... BUT... I am SO exhausted! I get winded after standing for too long and spend most of my days in bed (thankfully I don't work) but I feel bad because our house is unkempt (not dirty just messy) and sometimes I can barely get up to get myself food. I talked to my doctor and she recommended leaving snacks by my bed for when I can't get up. I know that this tired feeling is normal and I know that it should get better after my first trimester is over. I was a infant provider and preschool teacher before getting pregnant so my only knowledge is in caring for a child, not for myself!! Lol- my question is, how do you/did you help this extreme exhaustion?! I can't just sleep all day everyday! (Which I have been doing) I want to do stuff! :) any suggestions would be great.
