help me out I guess? I have a cyst on my hoohah (no pic)

I have a really painful cyst above my inner labia. It's gone down in size but it hurts like hell and it's hard. I tried popping it but it was just WAY TOO painful I wanted to freaking fall over and die. How do I make this thing GO AWAY? I've had ingrown hairs before and this showed up after my last shave and it's huge.
