All weepy / period?

I can't say in the past during my period I had high levels of emotional weepiness however AF decided to come for the first time since birth on Thanksgiving (oh the joys). Since then I've been horribly weepy. Looking at photos of LO as a newborn just makes me cry. He's growing too fast and all I want to do is stop time. There are no signs of depression just an overal sadness that he's getting so big and time is flying too quickly. Did anyone else have some emotional swings during their first postpartum period?
