Knot in throat and chest

Has anyone ever felt this knot in their throat and upper chest? It's a bit tightening and uncomfortable. It almost feels like when you swallow something too big and hard like a gumball? I read that it sounds like globus sensation but I'm nervous where I'm pregnant. I have a stomach ulcer and a history of acid reflux/heartburn and I'm hoping this is normal. Anyone else have light to shed on the topic?
