Does anyone know what this could be? My daughter is almost 3 months old and she started getting these random bumps with green heads on her head and now they're starting to move to her face area 😫 if anyone has experienced this please let me know! thanks!

Most likely just regular baby acne. Look at it this way, they were in a wet warm environment for 9 months. Their skin is suddenly shoved into a dry harsh environment and starts to dry out and peel and then the body goes into freak out mode trying to compensate and produces too much oil so the pores get blocked up and cause acne. You can use a hot (not too hot) clean face cloth every day to wipe off babes hair and face to wipe away any excess oil. You can also use witch hazel to help cleanse it. It's what I used on my daughters acne. Hers was so bad and so sudden that I thought she was having a major reaction to something. A week later it was gone after I wiped her head and face and neck twice a day with witch hazel.
