Are these symptoms?

So I had a couple dizzy spells two days ago (it felt like the world was tilted while I walked and I don't think I could have walked in a straight line) and today, I coughed a few times and I peed myself a little. And a little bit later, I sneezed and same thing happened.  Never happened before and I don't have incontinence issues. Any advice?

Tested and still a BFN. So confused.

So I just went to the bathroom and I wiped and there was a little blood on the tissue. I'm hoping beyond hope maybe it's just spotting and AF isn't rearing her ugly head. I need baby dust ladies!

Dizzy spells can definitely be a sign. Although, I've never heard of tinkling as a symptom unless you've already had a baby and can't control it lol my sister struggles with that problem. How many Dpo are you?
