For a man to see a dr and have his fertility checked

For a woman?

My insurance just lapsed and I'm looking at new policies. Just wondering what it would cost out of pocket.

For us (living in Florida), my husbands semen analysis was ~$250 (I think). 
I had blood tests, HSG and genetic screening which totaled ~$2000 😏

My man got a semen analysis with no insurance and it was $100 got referred to lab from my obgyn.
