40 weeks pregnant & so sick

Just really need to vent. I don't know how to deal with this anymore. 40 weeks pregnant in a few days and am dealing with Sciatica, pinched nerves, you name it and now have come down with a terrible Sinus Infection and Strep Throat on top of it. I haven't slept more than 20 mins at a time (and I'm lucky if I get a few of those in an entire night) for a total of maybe 1-2 hours total and am still working full-time and just DRAINED. Everything hurts. Between not being able to get comfortable already, nose so stuffed up I can't breathe and have to keep switching sides even while sitting up, throat that stings every time I swallow, acid reflux making me throw up every half hour (and yes I even took my Zantac on top of the Amoxycillin I'm on now even though I'm sure that's not ideal and hate that I'm taking anything) and peeing every 20-40 minutes so having to try to roll out of my bed and then TRY to get somewhat comfy all over again, Im just so frustrated. And I KNOW the only way I'll get better is getting some sleep which makes it that much more frustrating that I CANT. Just so frustrated, exhausted and I guess just looking for some support :( And anyone else have experience with labor/delivery while sick??
