Basal temp 🤔
Hi I've just started tracking my temp this morning (before I get up) and it was 36.51. I'm on the first fertile day (according to Glow but would be most fertile on Sat 3rd Dec) but have had a negative ov test this morning. Just wondering ...any other ladies that check their temps - what am I looking for to indicate I'm ovulating or leading up to it? Thanks 😊
