Didnt ovulate...now what??

Ok so I am 99% convinced that I didn't ovulate this month. Had no signs at all. Had no ovulation pain. I have almost 40days cycle Now I am at cd41 and no period, no signs or symptoms of getting my period and just clear mucus. But i do have some nausea dizziness increased appte lower back pain bloating and stomach pain.

1. If I didn't ovulate then I might not get a period right? 

2. Does this mean I won't ovulate next month?

3. If I don't get a period then when should I start CD1? when will i ovulate again?

4. I'm kind of freaking out that I have PCOS or something. Not sure what to do. 

5. Any other tips would be great.
