Getting knocked up :)

I was just wondering if anyone knew if its harder to get pregnant if your overweight? I don't have have PCOS or Endometriosis, but I am overweight and me and my fiance have been unsuccessful. I am 19 and he's 29. We had a miscarriage back in April at approx 6 weeks. Any answers would be GREATLY appreciated! Thank you! :)
