Telling possible employer at interview?? Opinions please

I need suggestions ladies. I have an interview for a job at an orthodontists office and I desperately need the job. Do I tell them upfront I am pregnant (11 weeks) so I don't seem "shady" and so they know I cannot go around X-ray equipment OR do I withhold the information until I secure the job?

i wouldn't tell you, they can descriminate and not hire you. then once you are hired you can tell them and if they fire you, it's EO and you can sue the company

You don't have to disclose pregnancy at an interview if you don't want to. They might require a physical to ensure you can do all aspects of the job, and in that case you would have to mention that you have limitations with the X-rays due to pregnancy.

The pregnancy no, but if you have limitations that won't allow you to perform your job duties then you're supposed to disclose that. You may want to ask your ob about the xray equipment, I believe it's safe for the person performing it just not the patient if you're pregnant. It may not be an issue since you won't be doing them everyday most likely, or maybe you can wear one of those shield vests while you do it.
