feeling worried 😩

I need to asked a question if you did a ultrasound and the doctor told you they see white spots in the baby 👶🏽 abdomen would you be worried 😩 or you stay calm? The doctor told me it could be nothing or I may caught an infection and it travelled to the umbilical cord. Help please.
