What are the chances I can still breastfeed with a pariarriola incision from breast implants ? I

I have read online it is still possible to breastfeed after having a pariarriola incision (cutting the nipple to insert implants)  from breast implants . I was just wondering if someone on here has successfully breastfed after having one .

I had breast implants done with nipple reduction and I was told both by my surgeon and my doctor that it would not affect BFing at all. What would possibly be a problem is if my implants were over the muscle, which they are not. My best friend has the same procedure and was told the same thing. I'm currently producing loads of colostrum so clearly the ducts are working fine lol
