Question

2 things, does anyone know any remedies to get rid of a cough? I've had it about 2 weeks now but haven't been taking any meds for it & I need to know a couple things that help my cough & chest congestion?

also, what helps cramps? I heard a heating pad does but I've never tried it, has anyone had any success with it helping cramps when on their menstrual? if not the heating pad, any other remedy? thanks so much in advance guys 💕💕

Pinneaple juice has the same cough suppressant as meds and from what I read it works better. I've tried it and it definitely helps before bed.

"chamomile tea"contains compounds that may relieve menstrual cramps, so have a warm cup of chamomile tea, it will also calm you, which is always good for premenstrual

Japanese mint oil is the most amazing thing I've ever used to help with cramps. I rub it on the area and it soothes instantly.

A heating pad does actually help me! It also helps to stay hydrated. I used to be a waitress at a sushi place and any time I had bad cramps the manager would fix me a spicy yellowtail roll. Oddly enough, it worked! I think warmth helps your muscles stay relaxed, so at least make sure what you're eating/drinking is warm.
