friends and boyfriend issues

So me and my bf have been dating for a while. It will be 2 years on dec. 9. So we've been dating a while and it's gotten super serious. We've had a lot of sex here and there and so we are supper close. But I realize now I'm losing all of my friends that I've known longer than him because I spend like all of my time with him. I know the obvious answer would be to spend more time with my friends (which I plan on doing) but are there any other options? Helppppp
