Help me please!!

Got out of a 4 year relationship in may.

Casually started dating a Co worker of mine 3 weeks ago. I really like him and enjoy spending time with him

He feels the same...

I need to tell him I'm married.. me and my SO filed lots of paperwork together over the last 2 year due to his terminal illness. I even used his last name.

We don't have a marriage license but our state declares us married due to common law.

I'm hoping for something to become of me and my coworker...taking it slow and we're both ok with that...but I still need to tell him I'm "married"

I cant bring myselc to do it cause I'm super embarrassed and don't know how to just admit it. It's nothing to be ashamed of....but u like this guy...don't want to have him think differently of me.
