broke up with my man and regret it

Hi, I just broke up with my boyfriend though text messages 1 week ago and now I'm regretting my decision. The principal reason of my decision was because I'm having a bad time controlling my jealousy and he did something that I didn't like, but I overreacted in that moment. Right now I'm thinking about it, and I just regret my decision, I guess it wasn't that bad the thing he did, and I overreacted. I'm too jealous and I know I'm wrong, but I don't want to lose him.. He is not the perfect man in the world, he has his bad temper too, and we've been through a lot on this relationship... Right now  he is just ignoring me and today I tried to talk to him through texts and he is seriously taking this break up as the final. We are right now not together in the same city, we are kind of far, so trying to reach him at his house and have the talking is not an option. I don't want to... What do you recommend me to do?
