moon phases & menstrual cycle
my period has been in sync with the moon for at least 2 cycles now. i've been having my periods on new moon & ovulating on full moon. i noticed this bc i was expecting my period today & instead got it on nov 29 at night (i'm usually extremely regular), so almost 2 days early & exactly on new moon.
did any of you ever notice some kind of lunar influence over your cycles?
